Acquisitions Assistant
The Acquisitions Assistant places orders for various print and digital research materials as directed, tracks the receipt of those orders, and ensures that invoices are processed in a timely manner and costs are applied to appropriate accounts. The role must maintain records of purchases and previous payments to prevent duplicate payments and to support budget analysis. The Acquisitions Assistant assists with the billing of computer research to clients. The position also provides ongoing support for acquired print and digital resources, including technical troubleshooting.

This role is responsible for assisting all internal clients, including but not limited to lawyers, paralegals, business development professionals and other staff with document preparation and troubleshooting, using supported software, with a focus on client service. This role provides expert level document support services, requiring the incumbent to have advances skills in all Microsoft Office applications.
eBilling Specialist
Serve as the Firm’s subject matter expert for all eBilling related activities. This person is responsible for the overall management of the Firm’s electronic billing systems and will serve as the liaison between Attorneys, Assistants, Clients and Client Accounts staff with eBilling questions and issues. The eBilling Specialist will monitor eBilling submissions and rejections and advise on the proper resolution of rejections, and follow-up with Client Accounts staff as necessary. Work closely with eBilling Coordinators to ensure that all proper eBilling setups have been completed to allow for successful eBill transmissions by the Client Accounts staff.
